I have a deep passion for supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges and move toward fulfilling their personal goals—one step at a time.
I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and emotions. I focus on helping individuals identify their strengths, build resilience, and feel empowered to achieve their goals.
In addition to my work with adults, I am expanding my practice to include children and adolescents. I have a growing interest in using sandtray therapy as a creative and effective tool to help young clients express themselves and manage mental health symptoms in a developmentally appropriate way.
I bring several years of experience working in both correctional and hospital settings, where I’ve had the opportunity to support adults facing a wide range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, OCD, hallucinations, and personality disorders. My therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Interpersonal Therapy.
