When working with children and adolescents, I prioritize building trust and creating a safe, engaging space where they feel comfortable expressing themselves. I incorporate age-appropriate therapeutic techniques—such as play, art, and storytelling—to help young clients process their experiences and emotions. I also collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, and schools when appropriate, to support the child’s growth in all areas of their life. My goal is to help each young person build self-esteem, develop healthy coping skills, and foster a strong sense of identity.
I support children and adolescents facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral concerns, school-related stress, peer and family conflicts, trauma, and difficulties with emotional regulation. By tailoring interventions to each client’s unique needs and strengths, I help them build resilience, improve relationships, and develop practical tools to navigate daily life more effectively. My therapeutic approach is flexible and responsive, ensuring that each young person feels supported throughout their journey.
