I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker, out of Wichita State University. I strongly believe we each have the power to heal already within us. All it takes is a little time and patience and some internal work, and your dreams and progress are within reach! I can help you do this by integrating a range of evidence-based approaches, depending on your strengths and preferences. I use a strengths-based, client-centered, trauma-informed approach that draws on the experiences, abilities, supports, background, and resources of each individual. I am definitely not the type of therapist that sits and listens without reflecting back to you. I want our sessions to feel like a meaningful conversation where we find the root of issues that are important to your growth and healing, and discover new ways of thinking, speaking, and behaving that will help move you toward your goals.
