When you walk into my office, my goal is to create a space of safety, relief, and trust, soyou can begin and process through your healing. Everyone deserves to be seen andheard with compassion and curiosity, not shame and guilt. My job is not to fix or changeyou, but to walk with you through your highs, lows, and in-betweens, helping you findways to align more with your authentic Self.
My approach is collaborative, cognitive-based, and person-centered, as I believe ithonors the client’s individuality and personal choices, while providing a variety of toolsto facilitate reflection, progress, and growth in your healing journey.
Healing is not always linear, and therapy can be challenging, so respect to you forconsidering it. If you would like to explore your experiences and how they connect toyour current ones through a lens of compassion and curiosity, feel free to contact us tosee if we are a good fit for each other.
