Therapy was developed to assist individuals and families in learning how to make change to their lives so they can live their best life. Many people were not given the tools necessary to cope with life and to deal with trauma, mental illness, and issues within the family and social demands of today. I enjoy working with people and encouraging growth, knowledge, and change in their lives. I enjoy people and have experience with a variety of populations from substance abuse issues, mental health issues, family reintegration, and personal growth. I am also a Christian counselor and rely on faith based as well as evidence based modalities to assist with change.
